- By commissioning me, you certify you have read and agree to the main ToS as well as the section ones (for PNG Tubers, more info is added on top of the main ToS)

Main ToS :

Credit and use :

- Please credit me when using any of my work, anywhere (My Discord handle at least, you can link to this carrd too but it is not mandatory)

- By default, I do not agree with my work being used for commercial use
- Personal use is of course alright, use my work for profile pictures, banners, its okay (always with credit of course)

- I will post the work I make for you on my socials and mention you, unless asked otherwhise
|
- Do not trace my work or alter it (such as colouring a sketch) after it gets delivered to you
|
- DO NOT USE MY WORK WITH ANYTHING RELATED TO GENERATING AI IMAGES

Commissionning process

- I will update you frequently when I work on your commission so that you can input on it.
Although, once I move on to the next step, revisions might be charged depending on complexity

- Give me clear explanations of what you want, give me all the references I need (i.e if you want me to draw your character dressed up in a game character's outfit, give me both your complete refsheet of your character as well as a reference of the game outfit you want ! Also, dont forget to tell me the kind of pose you want)

- I do not do NSFW, gore, nor do I imitate anyone's style

- Do not hesitate to ask questions, I will answer if the information is not in the ToS and will add that info to the said ToS

Payment :

- I take PayPal only
|
- You can pay all at once when commissionning me, or in multiple times at milestones (50% when commissioning, then 25% after the validated sketch and 25% after the linework is done
Or 50% when commissioning and 50% after the sketch, etc : depends on the amount of milestones there are and which you would like to pay at)
